Kinney Amusement Company Reduces Service Calls by 90%.

Ron Kinney with Kinney Amusement Company is familiar with the challenges of keeping equipment running smoothly. According to Kinney, he sent service technicians out every day to fix coin and ticket jams. Downtime on equipment, labor costs, and the cost of gas can eat away at profits, so it’s essential to have a system in place to keep things running smoothly.

Ron had a long-time relationship with our co-founder, Frank Licausi. He drove 200 miles to see a location running the Amusement Connect System and was sold immediately.

Since rolling out the Amusement Card system to his locations, Kinney has enjoyed significant benefits for his business, including reduced service calls and increased revenue. “Our services have reduced 90%, and our revenue has increased probably 20%,” Kinney states.

According to Ron, “Amusement Connect card system allows you to have more time—as you know, time is money. Our techs don’t have to go out every day to check on locations. That frees them to go out to other places. The money’s better and we’ve been able to increase pricing.”
