Royce Green with Rosemary Coin Machines, a fourth-generation route operator, has always looked for ways to improve every aspect of their business. When he upgraded his coin operated machines to a card system years ago, it was a game changer. But onsite servers for each location required a lot of frequent travel between locations.
When Royce wasn’t getting the level of service he needed to minimize downtime, he started evaluating other systems. “We weren’t happy with the service we were getting from the other card system, and the cost for what we were getting left a lot to be desired,” he stated.
