Bringing a route operation online.
Greg Creech, owner and operator of Creeco Amusements in San Francisco, California, has been using Amusement Connect’s card system on his route for over three years and couldn’t be happier. “The first location I did quadrupled the revenue. It was a substantial increase being able to take credit cards over just a cash experience.”
As a route operator, Creech needs the support of each location’s owners to install card systems and grow his route. He notes that a key aspect of his route’s expansion has been the ability to get custom game cards for each location to match their brand. “Being able to customize my cards has made it possible for me to go to a location and kind of lock that location in with ‘hey, we’ve got these custom art cards that you designed, and this is your infrastructure’, so it really helps sell the system.”

“I run creeco san fran california”
I’ve been using your system about three years now and am real happy with it.
It’s expensive to get into upfront. I had a good friend of mine who had been using it and recommended it
The first location I did quadrupled the revenue. It was a substantial increase being able to take credit cards over just a cash experience.
Plus, being able to customize my cards has made it possible for me to go to a location and kind of lock that location in with “hey we’ve got these custom art cards that you designed, and this is your infrastructure”, so it really helps sell the system.
“I’m a pretty hands-on guy who was always using spreadsheets and old-school quarter-counters before. Moving up to this, the software tools are incredible. The reports are good, I can see game trends, I can see so much stuff that’s helpful for me. The system as it is for my needs is fantastic.”
Super happy with the support I’ve gotten. When something goes wrong, I don’t just leave a message and it goes away, I hear back, I hear what’s going on. You respond to texts and are very involved, and you don’t make excuses either. Like, hey, when there’s a problem in the backend or something, you’re square about it and tell me what you’re doing about it. I’ve seen some of the dumpster fires other competitors have had and I’m glad I made the choice I made.
Take the step and do it. The first one can be intimidating because of the price, but the installation is actually not hard, it’s all 12 volt system. You don’t need to modify anything on most standard coin doors. The plate is universal and can be lined up and made to work, and once you learn how to do it, it’s pretty quick and easy to do.
The quality software and service difference.
Creech says Amusement Connect’s cloud-based Operator Dashboard software for collections and reporting is a major factor in making the switch at seven of his route locations. “I’m a pretty hands-on guy who was always using spreadsheets and old-school quarter-counters before. Moving up to this, the software tools are incredible. The reports are good, I can see game trends, I can see so much stuff that’s helpful for me. The system as it is for my needs is fantastic.”
He also shared that his experiences with Amusement Connect’s support and install team have been overwhelmingly positive: “Cari is awesome. Super happy with the support I’ve gotten. When something goes wrong, I don’t just leave a message and it goes away, I hear back, I hear what’s going on. You respond to texts and are very involved, and you don’t make excuses either. Like, hey, when there’s a problem in the backend or something, you’re square about it and tell me what you’re doing about it.”
Creech has a simple message for operators still considering the move: “Take the step and do it. The first one can be intimidating because of the price, but the installation is actually not hard, it’s all a 12 volt system. You don’t need to modify anything on most standard coin doors. The plate is pretty universal and can be lined up and made to work, and once you learn how to do it, it’s pretty quick and easy to do.”
